1 Sections 370 and 35A were repealed from Jammu and Kashmir

Suddenly, on August 5, the world came to know that Articles 370 and 3P had been abolished from Jammu and Kashmir by the Modi government and at the same time the Union government had given birth to two new Union Territories in the form of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. 2. Triple Divorce Act

On July 26, 2019, Parliament passed the Muslim Women's Marriage Rights Protection Bill 2019 and the practice of triple divorce became a legal offense. The Modi government has done a great job by making the practice of three divorces illegal by providing three years imprisonment for breaking up a marriage by saying talaq three times or sending an SMS-email.

3. Amend the UAPA Act against Terrorism

7. Indian Citizenship Reform Act


The Indian Citizenship Reform Act has been implemented by Modi Government 2.0. The Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) has become law after the President's signature after the proposed amendment of the Central Government was passed by a majority in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. This means that under the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), Hindus in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan, as well as Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians, will be granted Indian citizenship without valid documents.

8. New Motor Vehicle Act and Fastag
